Description
Figure 3.3.1 returns to adding Health Concern as the driver for interventions, many of which are listed in figure 3.2.2 but seemingly unrelated to a Health Concern or Condition. It think this drawing (3.3.1) is trying to indicate a referenced Condition and its respective health concern and that two conditions reference the same health concern - but I don't understand that the outcome for the same health concern is different - is that intended to be the Goal (and therefore each has a different goal) or the actual outcome - and that means the patient has 2 PulseOx results two hours apart. The representation is quite confusing. And I think the actual Health Concern is missing from the diagram - I would consider that it is "impaired oxygen exchange" or something like that. Moreover, the acronym RDS in the diagram is not defined anywhere so I can't be sure what is referenced.
