    Description

Similar to FHIR-39757, an extensible binding to the Occupation ONETSOC Detail (ODH) ValueSet is probably too strong. Ensuring that a value from this ValueSet is always used when an applicable one exists is very operationally difficult for such an expansive list, especially since this data that is not always collected in a standardized way.
