Both Occupation and Industry need to be able to accommodate text if no value is appropriate

      Both occupation and industry need to allow for a text entry if a suitable value is not available (e.g., a new or unique occupation or industry). This can be either by adding a text slice like in ODH Past or Present Job or by being extensible terminology binding, I think? Both should be treated the same.
