    Description

      Add "Business Partner Agreements, Implementation Guides, and Guidance will allow PID-8 values to be used effectively." from the August 2021 Gender Harmony document to the segment description 

      Rewording existing sentence "It is widely recognized that the concept of Administrative Sex is not clearly defined and is very widely overloaded with other concepts in real-world implementations." to include the one from the August 2021 Gender Harmony document.  

      Suggested text:  "The concept of Administrative Sex might not be clearly defined and is sometimes overloaded with other concepts in real-world implementations however Business Partner Agreements, Implementation Guides, and Guidance will allow PID-8 values to be used effectively."
