The Gender Harmony Recorded Sex or Gender (RSG) based individual-recordedSexOrGender FHIR extension (as profiled in AU Base) is the preferred way to represent Sex Assigned at Birth (SAaB) values in AU Base and AU Core. 

However, AU Core requires a profile of the individual-recordedSexOrGender FHIR extension to:

• Define the minimum expectations for a Recorded Sex or Gender (RSG) FHIR extension when representing a Sex Assigned at Birth value
• Enabling a Sex Assigned at Birth in AU Core Patient to be a Must Support element;
• Conformance testing of Must Support Sex Assigned at Birth values while allowing other RSG values to be present.

Accordingly this change request is for the addition of an AU Core Sex Assigned at Birth profile of the individual-recordedSexOrGender FHIR extension which meets these requirements. The profile should be defined as follows:
