Description
Please add Lansky Play Performance Scale to your set of use cases for Performance Scale within mCODE
Here at the NMDP/CIBMTR, we have a long history of collecting assessment scores using the Karnofsky AND Lansky https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8419065/ scores, depending on the protocols used by the individual transplant center hospitals that submit outcomes data to the CIBMTR.
Here is a matrix showing the equivalencies between Karnofsky and Lansky: https://kankerregister.org/media/docs/downloads/Lansky-KarnofskyconversiontableENG.pdf
We would like to use mCODE (FHIR) to intake that content. As you can see from the link, there is an equivalency matrix between Lansky and Karnofsky scores. https://kankerregister.org/media/docs/downloads/Lansky-KarnofskyconversiontableENG.pdf
Lansky does not have a LOINC code nor LOINC Answers, but it does have a reference in CIEL (Columbia International eHealth Laboratory (CIEL) https://openconceptlab.org/2022/10/19/ciel-bridging-terminology-for-the-global-community/
I see from FHIR-24553, Lansky was not included because there was no defined customer. CIBMTR is definitely a customer of that data.
It should be built similarly to the Karnofsky IG, but this is the parent IG:

Thanks!
