US Core Coverage Information under "Profile Specific Implementation Guidance" is not accurate. Coverage Type is referencing PHDSC Payer Type Committee Guidance. This organization does not exist. The PHDSC was an organization that CDC/NCHS established to work on Public Health Data Standards in response to HIPAA of 1996,  and dissolved the organization many years ago. Profile description needs to be updated to indicate that CDC/NCHS is the steward of the coverage type code system. 

The steward of the source of payment typology is CDC/NCHS. The coverage profile link and note need to be updated to the PHIN VADS link below and the code system steward to CDC.
