Description
Please see the attached word document for the below descriptions and accompanying image:
1) As per FHIR-42826(https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-42826), the Numerator section in D. Table 3-3: Population Criteria Definitions for Proportion Measures Should be changed to remove rate and ratio measure. But the actual change still has them mentioned in lines below:
-Under heading 'D. Table 3.3: Population Criteria Definitions for Proportion Measures' : and subheading 'Change Numerator definition to:
'Numerator criteria define the patients, subjects, or events... upper portion of a fraction used to calculate a rate, proportion, or ratio measure, '
- In 'Table 3.3: Population Criteria Definitions for Proportion Measures', row 'Numerator':
', or event defined in the denominator (for rate and proportion measures) or initial population (for ratio measures).'
2) As per FHIR 35922 (https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-35922) in last sentence of bullet point '1.', the change highlighted in red ends with “e.g patient or encounter” . But the actual change contains “e.g patient or location”
In hl7.org/fhir/us/cqfmeasures/2024Jan/composit-measures.html#conformance-requirement-component-based, after 'Snippet 22:' in 'New content' green box, last sentence: 'It is important to note that each scoring method should work for any subject for which the measure is developed - e.g patient or location'
