      1. -Under heading 'D. Table 3.3: Population Criteria Definitions for Proportion Measures' : and subheading 'Change Numerator definition to: 

      'Numerator criteria define the patients, subjects, or events... upper portion of a fraction used to calculate a rate, proportion, or ratio measure, '

       

      2. -In 'Table 3.3: Population Criteria Definitions for Proportion Measures', row 'Numerator':

      ', or event defined in the denominator (for rate and proportion measures) or initial population (for ratio measures).'

       

      3.  As per FHIR 35922 (https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-35922) in last sentence of bullet point '1.', the change highlighted in red ends with “e.g patient or encounter” . But the actual change contains “e.g patient or location

      1)    As per FHIR-42826(https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-42826), the Numerator section in D. Table 3-3: Population Criteria Definitions for Proportion Measures Should be changed to remove rate and ratio measure. But the actual change still has them mentioned in lines below:
