Valid analysis requires more time. It is time-consuming to investigate the complex specification in detail. Users also need time for internal coordination in the working groups. To imagine: mio laboratory basic specification iterations have been going on for more than 2 years.

Our suggestion would be to extend the balloting phase or to start another balloting as soon as possible (after having worked on the amendments)
