    Description

Would it be possible to reduce the minimum cardinality for Specimen.type from 1 to 0?
We have the case, that we define the "Kind of material that forms the specimen" (Specimen.type) already in the LOINC code declared in Observation.code. To avoid conflicting information from Observation.code and Specimen.type, we would like to not explicitly specify Specimen.type.
To be conform to the EU LAB spec. we do currently a workaround with Speciment.type.text (see [example](https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-elm/Bundle-2Doc-ChlamydiaTrachomatis.json.html)). But we would prefer not to have to specify this value.
