    Description

      Cardinality for specimen.type must not be 1..1, this is not compatible with other european information models

      In comparison:

      • specimen.type 0..1

      The german model mio Laboratory report has

      • Specimen.type is defined by LOINC code (part: SYSTEM).
      • Based on this specimen.type only as an additional specification (0..1) is permitted,
        but cannot be mandatory!
