US Core 6.1.0 has removed the separate profile for Imaging Test Result Observation and merged it with Clinical Test Result in the updated profile: [US Core Observation Clinical Result Profile|http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition-us-core-observation-clinical-result.html]. Therefore, remove the QI-Core 5.0.1 Imaging Test Result profile based on update to the QI-Core Observation Clinical Result profile. See that update recommendation in ~~FHIR-41477~~.
