    Description

The roles of the National Directory Endpoint Query Exchange IG and National Directory IG are not explained. Consequently the impression is that they are similar, but disjointed efforts that would not yield a common directory specfication that can be used across the three main services and associated organizations/individuals (healthcare, social, community). It seems that to support an individual who may have to interact with payers, providers, CBOs, etc. would need multiple directories, rather than source content from perhaps different instances, but utilize one.
