US Core 5.0.1 Observation SDOH Assessment by way of the Observation Survey Profile had Observation.hasMember and Observation.derivedFrom with a reference of US Core QuestionnaireResponse Profile, which inherited from SDC QuestionnaireResponse. (The Observation Social History Profile did not constraint these elements).

In the transition to the Observation Screening Assessment, this reference to SDC QuestionnaireResponse was removed when the US Core QuestionnaireResponse profile was removed. I am not sure if this was done on purpose or accident. Please consider returning the reference in Observation Screening Assessment Observation.hasMember and Observation.derivedFrom to SDC QuestionnaireResponse.

Simple Observation  Observation.derivedFrom also has a reference to the base QuestionnaireResponse, and while US Core did not have the same sort of precedent in version 5.0.1 for the Simple Observation, it seems the intent was that the simple Observation would point to the same type of references as the Observation Screening Assessment. Please consider changing the reference in Simple Observation S Observation.derivedFrom to SDC QuestionnaireResponse.
