      Need new "Framework" page in the DEQM IG to cover subject-list reporting.

      Profile List to contain only DEQM Individual MeasureReport resources, and have this referenced in group.population.subjectResults. Consider pre-adoption of the FHIR R5 element MeasureReport.group.population.subjectReport to allow for direct MeasureReport references without the use of a list, again constrained to DEQM Individual MeasureReport resoureces.

    Description

      The MeasureReport resource allows the following report types: individual | subject-list | summary | data-collection. This IG contains profiles for all of these except for subject-list. Please provide a basic subject-list report profile. This type of MeasureReport is used at the CDC (NHSN) for aggregating  individual measure reports.
