Description
Our business wants to indicate that a particular action should be executed between "time" and "time".
It is impossible to use boundsPeriod for this, because it uses the datatype dateTime, which does not allow to express a time alone.
It is also impossible to use timeOfDay and offset together, because there is an invariant that forbids the use of timeOfDay and offset together.
The context of this question is Home Nursing, and they explicitly express the preference to use the between "time" and "time" formulation (because most GPs express themselves in this way, and not in the timeOfDay and offset way, or even worse timeOfDay with a time-not-exact extension).

In attachment a note (mixed English/Dutch) from our business stakeholder. Most of her worries are catered for, except for this question.
