Description

Background and Rationale:

Da Vinci HREX IG (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-hrex/exchanging-request.html#request), documents the downsides associated with Requesting exchange using CommunicationRequest, and DaVinci CDex uses a Task based approach instead.

Proposal:

We propose changing the Financial Management Group page to expand the list of options to include Task as outlined in the HRex guide and to discourage the use of CommunicationRequest.
