      Currently, the FHIR tooling doesn't permit "." in FHIR element names, which prevents our ability to create FHIR logical models undestandable by the IG Publisher.

      Deferring this issue, until we can determine best course of action for FHIR-45616

      Each of the event pages has it's own example(s). Eric points out in the linked issue that the imagingstudy-open example was conformant to R4. 

      Each of these examples should be moved into it's own file and referenced in the ImplementationGuide resource, such that the IG Publisher validates it.

      This will undoubtedly result in validation errors, which will need to be fixed.
