      I went ahead and manually added status to the imagingstudy-open and -close examples, and created the linked issue to ensure we move all examples to the typical IG format, which will also give us validation out of the box.

    Description

      At least in the ImagingStudy-open example the ImagingStudy in the example does not contain a status attribute which is required.  Also review other examples to ensure all resources are compliant to the FHIRcast Profiles (see FHIR-36725).
