One medication can be given using more than 1 device (e.g., Infusion pump and a triple lumen tube). Would it be possible to change the cardinality of MedicationRequest.device to 0..*?

And I would like to know if there is a reason for creating a new element to reference to DeviceDefinition. Could not MedicationRequest.performer be updated to reference DeviceDefinition? It already references Device.
