US Core DocumentReference Profile
-
Description
US Core DocumentReference profile requires the category be a clinical note (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ValueSet/us-core-documentreference-category|clinical-note)
However, The Advance Directive Interoperability (ADI) DocumentReference profile (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-pacio-adi/StructureDefinition-PADI-DocumentReference.html) needs to include the Personal Advance Care Plan, which is not a clinical note. A request for US Core to relax this requirement in the DocumentReference profile was declined (FHIR-35762)
This is required before the balloted version of ADI STU1 can be published.
