I still can't tell if FHIR R4B is supposed to include all of the "external" CodeSystems that were included in R4.

The resolution for https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-34183 makes me think that it is supposed to, but then changes to pages like https://build.fhir.org/branches/R4B/terminologies-systems.html make me less sure.

In R4 this page has tabs like the following:

• External
• Internal (FHIR)
• External (FHIR)
• HL7 v3
• HL7 v2

For R5, the last three there are gone and users are directed to https://terminology.hl7.org leaving us with 2 tabs:

• Defined Externally
• Defined as part of FHIR

For R4B, its somewhere in-between:

• External
• Internal (FHIR)
• External (FHIR)

But when you click on "External (FHIR)" its actually a blank/empty tab that looks weird.

Although the visual isn't very good, it might be too late to fix if its strictly cosmetic.  I raise it here because I wonder if its indicative of a deeper issue.
