https://build.fhir.org/branches/R4B/operation-codesystem-subsumes.html indicates that the outcome is bound to [http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/concept-subsumption-outcome|4.1.0|http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/concept-subsumption-outcome%7C4.1.0] but I'm having trouble finding that valueset in R4B.
