Description
As discussed in the 2021-11-04 CPG/CQI VSD Value Set profile call, https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=130485487
With the addition of effectivePeriod as a first class element to ValueSet (see FHIR-34254), the original intent of valueset-status-activityStatusDate value set is changed.
Two options discussed by the CPG/CQI/Vocab profile team
- update comment text for valueset-status-activityStatusDate to reflect the existence of effectivePeriod (from the perspective of external exchange of a value set, effective date and last review date are important, not the original intent of this extension) or
- remove the extension from the specification
