      Sub-ticket for https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-32008. 

      CancerGeneticVariant has components which describe DNA change and change type as well as amino acid change and change type. While the existence of both components in this profile do align with the HL7 genomics reporting IG, the profile name does not. The CG reporting IG generically called their profile "Variant" because of its inclusion of DNA, amino acid, and chromosome level variants. In mCODE this was labeled too specific to genetic, implying just DNA.
