Remove 'abstract' types from ResourceType code system

The list includes codes like Resource and DomainResource that we don't want to be declared in CapabilityStatement.rest

Care Plan Activity Kind , AuditEventEntityType, Consent Content Class , Subject type should have Resource and DomainResource excluded

FHIRDefinedType , FHIRAllTypes  - some of the bindings to these should include abstract resources and some not.  Some of the bindings to all types should actually be to FHIRDefinedType and not include any abstracts.
