For financial and quality measures use cases in the US realm we often need to know the CMS Place of Service code for a particular location. The Location.type element has a SHALL binding to the ServiceDeliveryLocationRoleType value set which doesn't include those CMS POS codes. Can we do something to allow POS codes to be included as well? I'm not sure about the best solution so further discussion is needed but perhaps we could slice the element and add a second instance bound to a value set for the POS codes?
