As discussed on the 2021-04-30 eCQM standards call I am opposed the use of this conceptMap which exists because FHIR measures use a different code system (and value set) to represent Measure Type in FHIR when compared to HQMF. I am confident that a we can align the concepts and displays needed to support both HQMF and FHIR-based measures. That means we should use the ObservationMeasureType Value set in both places and make necessary changes in the V3 ObservationValue code system to support our needs. By doing this the mapping table is not needed.
