Description
There is no suitable value in the Endpoint payloadType example value set for DICOMweb payloads, and payloadType is a manditory element.
See zulip discussion at https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/4-implementers/subject/CodeableConcept.20describing.20DICOM.20images
I see two options: make this element optional, or update the value set.
II should review and provide a recommendation for changes to the value set, and whether they believe the element should be optional, then forward this issue to PA for them to confirm and implement.
