Description
Issue: Additional clarification is needed for the below statement on the Compartment Based Search pages- http://build.fhir.org/compartmentdefinition.html and http://build.fhir.org/compartmentdefinition-patient.html.
- "When a patient is linked to another patient, all the records associated with the linked patient are in the compartment associated with the target of the link."*
This seems to indicate that if I call GET [base]/Patient/1234/Condition, it will return all the Condition records associated with 1234 and also Conditions records referenced by the linked Patient resources. However, that doesn't seem to be the case based on this conversation in the implementers stream- https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/implementers/topic/Compartment.20based.20access
Proposed change: "When a patient is linked to another patient resource, the records associated with the linked patient resource will not be returned as part of the compartment search. Those records will be returned only with another compartment search using the "id" for the linked patient resource."
