We agree that there needs to be a place to see all supplemental IGs. But putting that in the C-CDA specification seems the "wrong way around". As new supplemental IGs are created, we'd have to update the C-CDA specification.

There are several supplemental templates to C-CDA. This IG needs to include reference to them, with links.
