The Advance Directives Section, Organizer, and Observation were taken from the Supplemental Guide.  There have been minor changes that were not deemed substantive and thus they kept their current template ID extensions.

It is probably good practice for the Advance Directives guide to indicate that the proper versions of these templates are in the C-CDA guide now, but that is out of scope of this issue.

    Description

Do we agree the Advance Directives Supplement should add new documentation in the Github Repo to explain that Certain template definitions should not be taken from that IG and the newer versions in the C-CDA v3.0 should be used enstead. Maybe we should update the root date for these templates in the C-CDA v3.0 IG to clarify that they are not exactly identical and should be considered a newer version.
