    Description

One would never build only a series of occupations or a series of industries, or a "historical [industry or occupation] record". They must be connected per job, which is a work situation, training position, or (potentially clinically-relevant) volunteer position held for a specified time period. The combination of the occupation and "occupation industry" is the core of what characterizes a job and most indicative of the potential health issues related to it. A history would be a collection of all jobs, each of which would have multiple elements (observations). Use the ODH Past or Present Job Observation for all Job information, starting with the current USCDI V3 Occupation and Occupation Industry. We would be happy to work with you to only grab what is not (yet) in USCDI.
