The cardinality is 0..1 for gender identity observation. 1. What happens if the patient may have multiple gender identities captured ( e.g. one incidence of "Choose not to disclose" and a second instance of "female")? 2. if only one is allowed, does eICR want the latest? 3. Is this meant to be an array? If not, What do we do if multiples are provided?
