Description
Several ORU message definitions contain an OBSERVATION_PARTICIPATION segment group containing 1..1 PRT and 0..* DEV segments after the OBR segment

Narrative for the R01 Event says:
The Device segment (DEV) provides additional device information for a device referenced in one or more of the PRT segments in the message (using PRT-10 Participation Device to match DEV-2 Unique Device Identifier or PRT-22 Participation Device Type using DEV-3 Device Type).
This suggests that each PRT should really only relate to a single device which means DEV should not be allowed to repeat within the segment group (although it's very reasonable for the whole segment group to repeat.
Please review the segment group and change the DEV segment so that it can't repeat or provide additional guidance on when it is valid for the DEV segment to repeat
