Need to clarify the message structures and "targets" of the GS* segments in certain contexts:

• When adding the GSR and GSP segments are added after the GT1 segment, a new GUARANTOR segment group will be added
  • This includes adding this to the ADT messages - PA WG will be notified
• Clarification will be added in Chapter 3 regarding the "target" individual of these segments -
  • When following the PID/PD1 it's Patient data
  • When following the NK1 it's next of kin data
  • When following the GT1 it's guarantor data
  • When in the INSURANCE segment group it's insured data
