    Description

      The usage for MSH-4 is listed as R in the table, but in the Notes it states: LRI_PH_Component: Usage: ‘R’; Cardinality: [1..1]
      All other profiles:
      Usage: RE’; Cardinality: [0..1] 

      If the note is correct, then MSH-4 usage should be 'Varies', else we need to remove 'Usage: ‘R’; Cardinality: [1..1]' for LRI_PH_Component and

      All other profiles:
      Usage: RE’; Cardinality: [0..1]'
