The last three column headers of segment map are incorrect.  Instead of Assignment - Comments - Vocabulary Mapping (IS, ID, CE, CEN, CWE) it should be Vocabulary Mapping (IS, ID, CE, CEN, CWE), Assignment, and Comments.  It is just the column headers.  The actual values in the rows are in the right column.
