For Personal Pronouns, the CLD = "as defined in the linked value set" and table metadata type = HL7-"EXT;

For Sexual Orientation, the CLD = "HL7-EXT", and table metadata type = HL7-EXT yet table 0823 Coded content is in the spec.

SPCU, CLD = "as defined in linked value set" and there is no table metadata type.

Something doesn't look quite right with Sexual Orientation as the concepts are listed in the spec.
