Rather than linking to the FHIR R5 page, instead we propose to link to the Gender Harmony IG, which includes guidance and details on the cross platform coordination of concepts (and which links to that gender section in R5).

This link to the Gender Harmony IG will be added in in all three segments. This is all in GSC already, so just needs to be added in GSP and GSR.
