    Description

      The suggested values for Table 0823 include SNOMED CT concept code 89217008 (female homosexual). That is gender specific and it doesn't match the answer list for LOINC code 76690-7, whereas the other suggested SNOMED CT values in that table do match the answer list. So I recommend we either change that table value to 38628009 (homosexual), or add all of the SNOMED CT concepts in that hierarchy.
