    Description

      Create an Observation profile for Accident with elements that map to ACC and a Document for Injury report, wrapped in DocumentReference. Reference this from Claim.accident. Change Claim.accident.date to 0..1, which would be used in lieu of Accident profile reference.

      FM is not taking this work on but is open to amending Claim.accident to support.
