Clarification
Description
The fields IN1-49 (Insured's ID Number) and IN2-26 (Payor Subscriber ID) appear to be redundant. It seems that the subscriber ID could go in either field. If IN2 actually has a different purpose then we should clarify the documentation. Or if it is redundant then we should deprecate it.
