    Description

      Scope:

descriptions of the elements for the respective topics within each class (see Appendices A, and B (4, 7). - is missing a closing parenthesis

Enterprise Architect software (Sparx Systems Pty Ltd, Victoria, Australia) was used to create the models is this DAM. - "is" should be "in"

      Information Viewpoint:

The list of topics in the worker Class Name section includes "Jobs (past or present)" but in the household member, it's "Past or present job" - presumably these should be the same and should match the description later in the Information Viewpoint. Please update "Jobs (past or present)" and make sure all topics match the labels used elsewhere.

In some data classes the data element names are mix of sentence and title case (Daily work hours versus Job End Date). Please be consistent

      Behavioral Viewpoint:

(tablet personal computer, cell phone) - probably missing a comma after "tablet"

Health staff such as registration or clinical staff, or healthcare providers, may collect as well as used the data for assessing the patient. - "used" should probably be "use"

due to secondary exposure is similar its use for primary work exposure - missing a "to", probably should be "similar to its use"

The physician enters information in the patients record - "patients" should be possessive, not plural (add the apostrophe)

His history of current industry and occupation - "history of current" seems contradictory. Should this be "His past or present jobs"?

greyhound bus driver - "greyhound" should probably be capitalized (or omitted altogether so as not to call out any particular service)

his usual work was in s a sand cutter operator - extraneous "s"
