Figure 6 (CDS) might benefit from some updates. The wording in the green diamond seems odd. Is the provider deciding to use CDS (ie. the CDS system?) or the recommendations returned by the CDS system? As well, the yellow square leading from "yes" suggests that the outcome of CDS is the collection of additional work related data. Is that the intent? It seems like a better positive outcome of CDS recommendations might be something like "recommend PPE based on work based exposure" or something more proactive to address risks identified based on the OSH data store in the EHR.
