The definition of nickname will be clarified.

Nickname could refer to a spouse, child, parent, roommate, etc. (e.g. the patient may say that my wife, big brother, aunt, etc.), a full name is not required.

    Description

Why have you chose "nickname" for the Household Member (Worker) rather than a formal name? Do you really want "mom" or "Jimmy"? What if the individual doesn't identify with having a nickname. I'm assuming that the Entity Name data type is relatively generic and doesn't require a full name and could be used for this data element.
