When reviewing some Jiras for the tables in the Design Considerations, the GI-SFCU group generally agreed that the tables required a large amount of cognitive power, time and prior knowledge to understand.  There is valuable information in the tables, but we should revisit the presentation to make them more understandable to the target audience.

Additionally, we should consider who the target audience is of this page and make sure the material is presented appropriately for that audience.  Also, if the intended audience is just the GHP author, does this content need to be in the IG at all, rather than a confluence page?
