      The data element used in FHIR for a person's name is "HumanName" and in that structure the type for name that is to be used when addressing the person is called "usual" so we selected that type.

      The Gender Harmony project has agreed that to represent the Name To Use when addressing an individual, the datatype HumanName.use = “usual” should be used.
