Having profiles of one of the 'person' type of resources, likely Patient, that adds the extensions for Gender Identity, Recorded Sex or Gender, Pronouns, and Name to Use (all as optional) would be appropriate. This would give implementers, especially newer implementers an example that they could follow and/or derive from as a starting point.
